About

Pregnancy & Fertility

• Antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care, including management of high-risk pregnancies
• Pre-conception consultation
• Infertility investigations, treatment and monitoring (eg ovulation induction, follicle tracking scans)

General Gynaecological Care

• Routine gynaecological examinations
• Menstrual issues: pain (eg endometriosis), heavy flow, irregular or absent cycles (eg PCOS)
• Menopause and peri-menopause management (HRT and non-hormonal options)
• Post-menopausal bleeding
• Sexual health: dyspareunia, STI screening/treatment, contraception
• Bladder symptoms: urgency, incontinence, recurrent UTIs
• Vulval conditions, including lichen sclerosis
• Prolapse management – conservative (eg vaginal pessary) and surgical options

Procedures & Treatments

• IUD insertion/removal with Nitrous available if required* or under anaesthesia if preferred
• Colposcopy and management of pre-cancerous changes of the vulva, vagina and cervix*
• Treatment of cervical polyps*

Long consultations are available for patients with complex needs (eg chronic pain). I also have appointments set aside most days for women requiring urgent care and aim to offer all referrals an appointment within 2 weeks.

Appointments are available within 2 weeks, with urgent slots reserved daily.
